The Public Education Foundation Teacher Superstore (formerly the Teacher EXCHANGE) provides school supplies to teachers to reduce their out-of-pocket expenses. These supplies are then shared with students who often can’t afford them. A recent survey from the United States Department of Education found that 94% of teachers spend their own funds on school supplies, with the average teacher spending $480 a year. Since it was established in 2002, the PEF Teacher Superstore has grown to provide more than $2.5 million worth of classroom supplies to educators each year and support student learning in 92% of Clark County public schools. Thanks to sustaining partners like Caesars Entertainment, the Caesars Foundation, Fletcher-Jones Imports, and the Kids In Need Foundation, all licensed, contracted educators at Southern Nevada public schools are eligible to shop at the Teacher Superstore. This includes teachers, counselors, nurses, and school administrators! Shop online or learn how you can support the Teacher Superstore at thepef.org/teacher-superstore.
