Doña Ana County LEPC

Doña Ana County LEPC The Doña Ana County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is the focal point for emergency response planning and implementation in our community.

We are comprised of dedicated volunteers, from city, county, state government representatives. The LEPC serves as the link between citizens, industry, and government in emergency planning and preparedness for the community. Members participate in exercises, training, seminars and other special projects with others in the community to build team efforts. The Doña Ana County LEPC promotes emergency

planning, preparedness, and public awareness, to protect the community from the potential impact of natural or technological hazards of hazardous chemical and substances, and related disasters.

Thank you Susana Santillan for the presentation of your capabilities and tour of your facility. You provide a valuable resource to our community and we now have more information on how we can collablorate during, and preparing for, emergencys.

Our November meeting will be at the Dona Ana Office of Emergency Management and Decembers meeting will be with Dona Ana County Fire Department (exact locations tbd based on facility availability).
