Chick-Fil-A is a supporter of El Caldito. They are always courteous but today one of their employees went above and beyond by helping me carry all the donations to my vehicle. Thank you so much Nehman for all the help, I really appreciate it❤️

We need volunteer drivers to pick up donations on Fridays and Saturdays. We start at 8/9am and end by 11/12pm. We need drivers license, driving history (DMV), and proof of insurance. Please call and ask for Brian at 575-525-3831, thank you.

I would like to personally thank the Monday crew for over 15 dedicated years of service to the community. Countless prepared meals, leaving your families on Christmas Day to make sure that the community had a beautiful Christmas dinner. Enjoy your retirement from the kitchen; it's well-deserved! El Caldito is in need of volunteers for our food rescue program. We need volunteers with a good driving record and drivers license to help us rescue food from several grocery stores/bakeries/hospitals. We need drivers on Saturdays, and Wednesdays. We go out at 9am and are done by 11am, thank you.

Make a difference and help uplift individuals and families in our community. Your donation this Giving Tuesday will be matched $1 for $1 thanks to a $5,000 match by Friend of CFSNM. El Caldito Soup Kitchen provides free meals to those without access to basic food services and serves everyone from low income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, working poor, and anyone else in need of help. They continue to provide daily meals to those in need, upholding their mission of compassion and care. Your ongoing support enables El Caldito to expand its reach and impact, ensuring no one in our community goes hungry.

We also invite the community to join us at the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico on December 3rd (2640 El Paseo Rd). On Giving Tuesday, you can give online at the link below and celebrate with us at CFSNM! On December 3rd, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, we will have Acai with Me, Mad Street BBQ, and Francy Emilade at your Community Foundation! These incredible partners will be participating in a Food Truck Give Back for Giving Tuesday, so you can purchase a meal and give a gift for Giving Tuesday!

This Sunday our “Soup’er Stars” did an amazing job, served 180 meals and had a lot of fun while preparing and serving, thank you all❤️
