Post 8538 will host a parish wide Veterans Day Celebration on November 13, 2022 beginning at 11:30am at the Larose VFW, 2322 VFW Ave, Larose, LA 70373. Louisiana Kids will be providing musical entertainment. Veterans Memorial 10th Ward will be providing food, drinks, and desert. Come out and show your support for our Veterans of Lafourche Parish.

We had a great VFW weekend at the State Convention. CONGRATULATIONS to District 3 Posts 3665 Raceland, 4222 Morgan City, and 12182 Patterson making All State! Congrats to Post 3665 Commander James Prestenback being named All State Captain! Posts 3665 and 12182 also took awards for Buddy Poppy displays and once again leading the way! Want to thank District 3 for everything you do supporting our Veterans and community! Job well done!
