Proud moment for Ironworkers Local 5! 👏

Our apprentices brought home 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place at the Regional Apprenticeship Competition.

This is an incredible reflection of the hard work, discipline, and dedication they put in every single day to perfect their craft.

These competitors represent the strength, skill, and future of our trade, and we couldn’t be more proud of the commitment they showed leading up to this achievement.

A special congratulations to our 1st place winner, who will go on to represent Local 5 at the International Apprenticeship Competition—hosted right here in Washington, DC!

As we close out National Apprenticeship Week today, this is a perfect reminder of what apprenticeship is all about: hard work, opportunity, brotherhood, and building the next generation of Ironworkers.

Congratulations to all of our competitors.
