Secondary teachers: you’ve got extra time.

Final grades for MS/HS can be submitted through the end of the day on Friday, 5/29 — even though FOCUS currently says otherwise. This updated timeline was secured by PCTA.

Thank you for everything you’ve done to get through the finish line of the school year. 💙

If Administrative Assistants Ran the World 🌍
• Meetings would start on time, end early, and come with an agenda—and a follow up email.
• No one would ever say, “I didn’t get that memo,” because everyone got the memo… twice.
• Calendars would be sacred. Double booking would be a global offense.
• Supply closets would be perfectly stocked, labeled, and somehow still mysterious in how they refill themselves.
• “Urgent” would actually mean urgent—and everything else would wait its turn.
• Communication would be clear, concise, and polite—no guesswork, no passive aggressive replies.
• Coffee would never run out. Ever.
• Problems would be solved before most people even realized there was a problem.
• The phrase “Let me check with the admin” would be recognized as the wisest decision anyone could make.
• Celebrations, deadlines, and birthdays would always be remembered—because someone already put it on the calendar.
• The world would run smoother, calmer, and far more organized… and everyone would still wonder, “How do they do it?”
• Administrative Assistants, you’re our heroes.
