Today, we showed that Largo Hospital can be by participating in a national day of action for safe staffing! Thank you to all who showed up, spoke up, and stood up for patient safety! This is just our first step of many; keep tuned in!

HCA Healthcare said in a statement, in part, "Our staffing is safe and appropriate."

Many nurses are told that the way to get paid more (get paid fairly!) is to move on to another place of work or to enter travel nursing. We need to train and retain for staff and patient safety!
