While we are thankful to Keba Baldwin for his service to PGCPS, now is the time to call on PGCPS to take and transportation to the next level and choose a strong climate-forward leader for the next transportation director.
We need a new director who will prioritize electric buses, since electric buses are healthier for our kids and make sure the school's budget is resilient against skyrocketing diesel prices. We need anew director who will make routes more efficient to save fuel, make electrification easier, and get our kids to school on time.
Message your Board of Education members now to let them know we need a strong transportation director: https://www.pgcps.org/offices/board-of-education/members
