Day one of our Grant recipients site visit: Wings (ALAS) NGO - Informative and inspiring meetings with Eleaor and Dr. Michele...the equipment HOH funded through our Grant Program allows mobile screening, diagnosis and treatment of Cervical cancer in women. Cervical cancer is the number one cause of death in Guatemalan women if left untreated.
This organizaon educates throughout the communities empowering women and opening conversations about healthy non violence masculinity.

We had dinner with our scholarship recipient, Jackeline, who will finish her radiology tech degree in July. The incredible determination she has shown to obtain her degree is phenomenal. We are so proud of her.

These are one of our grant recipients. This project has been directly supported by your donations and purchases. We visited this village in October. They are doing great great work, greatly improving people's lives. We are able to make this happen, thanks to you.

Tonajuyú, in Chimaltenango, is dedicated to the development of its community. The different components of the ABPD and ALDEA program are gradually being implemented to improve the health of all participating families, beginning with the construction of latrines and the delivery of dairy goats. Stay tuned, there’s more to come as the community forges ahead!
