🏡 Answering general questions to help get them adopted

It is with deep sadness that Best Friends for Life shares the passing of the mother of our Founder and CEO, Sandra Solis.

Sandra’s mother was a loving presence whose kindness, strength, and compassion touched many lives. Throughout the years, she supported Sandra’s dedication to helping animals and was a quiet part of the journey that helped Best Friends for Life grow into what it is today.

On behalf of our Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, fosters, adopters, and supporters, we extend our deepest condolences to Sandra and her family. We hope they find comfort in the love of family and friends and in the many beautiful memories they shared.

We ask our BFFL family to keep Sandra and her loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Rest in peace and thank you for the love you shared with those around you. Your memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved you.

😿 Help!! We need donations to fix up our outdoor catio. These last 2 days of windy weather have blown the roof right off of our Cat Village Catio ⛈️ Apart from that, some of their outdoor furniture and cat trees were ruined with all the rain 😿

For 7 years, our cats have been able to choose where to spend their time in Laredo’s first free-roam cat adoption center. They enjoy the best of both worlds by having an air conditioned area and an area to climb and enjoy the weather along with the sights of nature. Now, they are stressed to have a lot less space

Any little bit helps to make sure that our cats stay happy and are able to live in a stress-free environment until they are adopted into loving homes 🏡❤️

💐 We can’t thank everyone enough for helping make our 9th Annual Mother’s Day Raffle a major success!! 😻 Our cats are truly blessed to have so many people in their corner. All your hard work does not go unnoticed. We wouldn’t be able to accomplish the life-saving work we do without your support.
