Join our 10-week online health coaching series! Designed for individuals with disabilities, this program helps you set and achieve life-improving goals through personalized, one-on-one sessions with trained health coaches. Plus, you'll be contributing to a vital research project!

What’s Included?
Through our coaching sessions, you'll learn to:
- Identify and pursue meaningful goals
- Develop problem-solving skills and manage emotions
- Communicate effectively and find resources
- Improve daily habits
- Advocate for yourself and others
Eligibility Criteria:
- Have a disability
- Be 18 or older
- Speak English
- Use a computer (with or without help)
- Live in a rural area
- Understand a research agreement form
