⛪️ If you weren’t able to join us today, we missed you! Pastor Matt shared a powerful message, and while we wish you could have been there, we wanted to share a few highlights. We pray these words encourage and challenge you just as much as they did us!

Today’s message, from Pastor Matt’s “Scandalous” series, challenged us to look at what God has entrusted to us.

In Matthew 25:14–30, we see that God entrusts each of us with different responsibilities. Comparison causes us to miss the point because He has uniquely called each of us to be faithful with what He’s placed in our hands. Fear buries what faith would have built. Too often we bury dreams, compassion, gifts, and opportunities—and the tragedy isn’t just what we lose, but what never gets planted or multiplied for God’s Kingdom.

1 Corinthians 4:2 reminds us that “it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” God isn’t asking us to be the most talented or the most noticed—He’s looking at our hearts and our faithfulness. And Colossians 3:23–24 calls us to work wholeheartedly for the Lord, knowing that our true reward comes from Him. Heaven’s definition of success isn’t popularity or recognition—it’s faithfulness.

May we trust God enough to stop burying what He’s entrusted to us and instead live each day longing to hear the words, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” 🙏
