There will be so many incredible nonprofits looking for volunteers—including us! For the Good of Laramie , which does several things around Laramie like hosting the annual Back2School event (this year will be on August 15, 2026).
We would love to share more about how you can get involved! Hope to see you there 🙌

145 days until the next Back2School event! SAVE THE DATE: August 15th 2026 !
This will be at the Foundation Builders big beautiful building, just like last year!

If you’re not familiar with this event here are some important details:
This event is for all children K-12
Each child is given a FREE new pair of tennishoes and a FREE backpack full of age appropriate school supplies.
The gravy on top is the FREE The Butcher Block, LLC hotdogs and the FREE The Soda Pit drinks!
In 2025 we served over 400 students and their families - totaling over 1200 people!

We were spoiled tonight with incredible Walmart employees full of joy 🥹
Their help and their kindness made this such a seamless transaction!
Oh! And we’re grateful for this random Friday night shoe sale at Walmart - our average shoe price was $2.22!!!

For those that may not know, Night to Shine is a worldwide prom experience created to celebrate individuals with special needs, giving them a night centered on joy and unconditional love.
