"Last night at the MTV Movie Awards, Rebel Wilson joined her Pitch Perfect 2 castmates on stage wearing tight leather pants and a sparkling black bra—and a set of massive angel wings. In other words, a getup reminiscent of a Victoria's Secret Angel. Her ensemble even included the word 'THINK' emblazoned across her butt, which the actress said was her idea. 'The Bella girls [in 'Pitch Perfect'] are all different shapes and sizes and nationalities,' Wilson told the press room backstage at the awards. 'I think one of the good messages in the movie is that you're all beautiful. Sometimes girls will look at Victoria's Secret models and think they have to model themselves after that, but I really don't think that's the best. Even though they're called models, they're not the best people to model themselves after. I'd like to encourage other girls to think that way, which is why I put that on my butt.' She pointed to her head, then her butt and added, 'Because it's really about what's up here and not what's here.'" - ELLE

Even after controlling for age, race, marital status and children in the home, males in nursing outearned females by nearly $7,700 per year in outpatient settings and nearly $3,900 in hospitals.

Almost all registered nurses are women, but men in the profession are paid more, a study finds. The differences were especially startling in outpatient settings and for nurse anesthetists.
