A historic Valparaiso property, powered by local skill.

The Grand Gardner Hotel brings new life to the former Gardner School, a building with roots dating back to 1899. Powering America NWI is proud to recognize the local IBEW contractors who helped power this meaningful project in the heart of Valparaiso.
