We want to again thank our incredible church community for all of the support and encouragement you showed our students for Youth Sunday! ❤️

Our students are the church TODAY and had the opportunity to lead in the many ministries that take place on Sunday morning. They did a wonderful job serving, leading, worshiping and stepping up in so many different ways!

We are so proud of each of them and thankful for a church family that continues to encourage and invest in the next generation!

Students are not the future of the church. They are the church today.

This Sunday, August 30, State Street students will lead greeting, worship, tech, and children’s ministry as we celebrate the ways they are already serving and making a difference.

Youth Director Michelle Minich will preach.

The date has changed, but the invitation is still open.

Back to School Family Night is this Thursday, August 20, from 5:30–7:30 PM at 209 State Street in La Porte.

Due to recent storms and school closures, this event was moved from its original date. Families are welcome to drop in for food, fun crafts, and activities, and to learn what’s planned for Children and Youth Ministry this fall.
