Children will enjoy making their own seed balls this week at the Library! This will be an outdoor activity, weather permitting, involving bundles of seeds, clay, and soil.

Although seed balls have been around since ancient times, they were rediscovered in the 1930s during the Guerilla Gardening movement. They are used as a way to revegetate areas burned by wildfires and can also be used on a small scale to add flowers to your garden!
