🎉 Save the Date: Lapeer Senior Expo!

The Lapeer Senior Expo is coming up, and you won’t want to miss this opportunity to connect with resources and organizations serving seniors throughout Lapeer County!

📅 Friday, October 9th, 2026
🕘 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
🍽️ Lunch served at 11:30 AM
🎟️ Raffle giveaways announced from 12:30–1:00 PM

The expo will feature lots of resources for seniors and their families, all in one place!

🎟️ Tickets must be purchased in advance at either the Lapeer Senior Center or Imlay City Senior Center. Only 300 tickets are available, so don’t wait!

🤝 Neighbors Helping Neighbors

We’ll be at Neighbors Helping Neighbors on Thursday, October 1st, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Lapeer Center Building!

This community event brings together a variety of free services and resources, including:

• Housing, employment and utility assistance
• Veteran services
• Personal care items
• Job training
• Clothing
• Counseling
• Haircuts
• And more!

All services and items are FREE!

Food will be provided by the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, with a free lunch provided by the United Way of Lapeer County, while supplies last.
