Lapeer County Drop Off Recycling is a nonprofit group of volunteers who host drop-off recycling on the first and third Saturday of each month at the Habitat for Humanity Restore on North Lapeer Road in Mayfield Township.

Yay!!! It’s recycling Saturday in four sleeps!!!

Come over to Schickler Elementary School this Saturday, August 15 from 9:00-Noon with your clean and dry recyclables!! They can be in bins or untied bags, your choice!!

Steamy day today!!! Huge thanks to all the volunteers, LHS Environmental Club, and Rick Rhein staff for working so hard through the heat. And a big shout out to 274 recyclers who made their way through our drop off lines!

Great news!!! We now have approval to hold our next Drop Off Recycling Day at Schickler Elementary School, July 18th, 9:00 - Noon! Requests for August 15 and September 19 are PENDING. We'll post again as we have new information about the future events.

For July 18, bring your clean and dry recyclables in bins or untied bags to us and we'll handle the rest!! The Lapeer High School Environmental Club will also be taking your plastic film! We are also taking any type of egg carton and anyone can also take those collected egg cartons if you need them.

Wow!!! 331 recyclers came through today in two steady moving lines! It was awesome!! We were so busy, we had no time to get pictures so a simple Thank You will have to do. ♻️💚♻️💚♻️
