We are excited to welcome Dr. Tana Bridge as the keynote speaker for re:con 2026!
Her presentation, “Finding Your Way Back to What Matters,” will invite us to pause amid the personal and professional stressors of today’s helping environment and reconnect with the values that first called us to this work.

Together, we’ll explore the values, strengths, and personal practices that can build resilience, protect against burnout and compassion fatigue, and help us stay connected to our purpose—even when the work feels overwhelming.

Join us November 18–20 at the Grand Traverse Resort for three days of learning, connection, and inspiration.

Come re:connect with what matters.
