Sometimes the biggest limits we face are the ones other people try to place on us. Don’t carry them. Carry your determination instead.

Don’t ever let somebody tell you that you can’t do something.

Not because you’re too small.
Not because you started late.
Not because you’re not on the “right” team.
Not because someone else thinks your dream is too big.

If you have a dream, chase it.

The road won’t be easy. There will be losses, setbacks, mistakes, and people who doubt you along the way. Keep going anyway.

Work when nobody is watching.
Stay hungry when nobody believes.
Trust the process when progress feels slow.

The athletes who achieve great things aren’t always the most talented, they’re the ones who refuse to quit.

Dream big. Work hard. Prove it to yourself.

Chase the dream. Every single day. 🏐💙

What do you do when the season is over, but you run the RipTide social media page?

You spend way too much time digging through thousands of photos and videos… and then make more cool highlight videos from the season. 🎥🏐

Because honestly, we’re not quite ready for it to be over yet.

The tournaments may be done, the jerseys may be packed away, and the weekends may feel a little quieter, but the memories are still pretty awesome.

So while everyone else is enjoying the offseason, we’ll be over here reliving the big plays, the celebrations, the team huddles, and all the moments that made this season special.

Stay tuned… we’ve still got a few more memories to share. 🏐💙

In a world where highlights are everywhere, one of the hardest things an athlete can do is stay focused on their own journey.

Someone else is getting more playing time.
Someone else made the travel team.
Someone else is posting their offers, awards, and accomplishments.

Good for them.

But their path isn’t yours.

The athletes who grow the most aren’t the ones constantly looking around. They’re the ones who value the work they’re doing when nobody is watching. They trust that every rep, every practice, every early morning, and every setback is building something bigger.

Stop measuring your progress against someone else’s timeline.

Value your effort.
Value your growth.
Value your journey.

Because the moment you stop worrying about what everyone else is doing is the moment you can give your full attention to becoming the player you’re capable of being.

Stay in your lane.
Keep working.
Your story is still being written. 🏐💙

As the RipTide season comes to an end, one thing we’ll miss most is those tournament weekends. The early mornings, long days, endless cheering, team dinners, team sleepovers and memories made between games. Volleyball brought us together, but it’s the friendships, laughter, and moments shared that we’ll carry with us.

Until next season… 💙🏐

Volleyball has a way of teaching lessons long before you’re ready to learn them.

It teaches you how to keep showing up after mistakes.
How to trust yourself after a rough game.
How to keep believing when progress feels invisible.

Some days you’ll feel unstoppable.

Other days you’ll wonder if you’re improving at all.

But growth rarely announces itself.

It hides in the early mornings.
In the extra reps.
In the balls you almost gave up on.
In the moments you chose to keep going when quitting would’ve been easier.

One day you’ll look back and realize the athlete you wanted to become wasn’t built in the big moments.

She was built in the hundreds of small choices nobody ever saw.

Keep going.

The player you’re becoming is already taking shape.
🏐💙

Volleyball will humble you before it ever rewards you.

It will expose every weakness:your attitude, your effort, your discipline, your ability to keep going when your body is exhausted and your confidence is shaken.

But that’s the beautiful part.

Because the players who grow the most aren’t always the tallest, strongest, or most naturally gifted. They’re the ones who keep showing up anyway.

The ones who chase every ball. Who clap for teammates even after making mistakes. Who choose growth over excuses. Who understand that greatness is built in the quiet moments nobody posts about.

One practice. One rep. One hard day at a time.

Fall in love with becoming the kind of player your younger self would look up to. 💙🏐

Here’s to another weekend of tournaments! Let’s go RipTide!!!!

05/15/2026

Volleyball teaches you something most people never see from the outside.

Not every victory is loud.

Sometimes the biggest win is the girl who kept showing up after a hard season.
The player who finally trusted herself enough to swing aggressively.
The teammate who learned how to encourage others even when she was struggling too.
The athlete who stopped comparing and started growing.

The scoreboard only tells one story.

What matters more is the confidence being built during every rep, every missed serve, every dive, every long practice, every “try again.”

Because one day, those little moments become a completely different player.

And even more importantly…
a stronger human being.
