Please welcome our newest member Mallory!

Hi friends. I wanted to pop on and share the face behind Your Birth Your Journey. For those who don’t know me yet, I’m Mallory and I support families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum weeks. This work has shaped me in beautiful ways and I’m grateful every day for the families I get to walk alongside.
If you’re new here, welcome. If you’ve been here a while, thank you. I’m excited to keep showing up, growing, and serving this community in the most meaningful way I can.

See you tomorrow!

Meet our new Associate Member! Annie Stone-
Annie owns Kinswoman Postpartum Services

She says "Services I provide- Light housekeeping, cooking, baking, baby care, childcare for older siblings, emotional support, lactation support. I will also offer a food service to my clients where they can buy frozen homemade meals from me and I will bring them to their homes when I come to work.

Doula philosophy- I strongly believe that healthy mothers, babies and families mean we live in a more peaceful, more just world. I desire to show families that there is no more important work than loving and nurturing their babies well, that all humans, even the tiniest babies, deserve to be seen as whole people. I will work tirelessly as a postpartum doula to educate, encourage and lift up my clients to see just how worthy and powerful they are as individuals and community members. My greatest wish is to see families supported, and to see every person have the resources they need to thrive.

Experience and history- I have three children myself, so I have gone through postpartum first hand and know quite a bit through my own experience. I also live in a community filled with a lot of children and babies! So I have had many friends to support through postpartum. I have a teaching degree and taught in public schools before staying home with my own children, so I have worked with kids of many ages and really enjoy working with children.

I have three children and a sweet husband and we have been married for ten years. We just bought a five acre property in the woods and are excited to garden, tend animals and collect sap from our maple trees! I love all things art and am always crocheting, painting, drawing or printmaking. "
