Happy Flip a Coin Day! 🪙

While a coin toss can be a fun way to decide who buys coffee or picks the lunch spot, some decisions deserve more than heads or tails.

When conflicts arise, mediation provides an opportunity to have meaningful conversations, explore options, and work toward solutions that meet the needs of everyone involved.

Instead of leaving important outcomes to chance, consider a process that puts communication and collaboration first.

🐝 Did you know beekeeping is a form of farming?

Beekeepers play an important role in supporting agriculture, protecting pollinators, and helping our environment thrive. But like any part of the agricultural industry, conflicts can arise.

Michigan Agricultural Mediation Program is here to help farmers, producers, and agricultural communities work through disputes constructively through mediation. 🌱

Every hive — and every conversation — matters.
