We are still riding the high from our very 1st Community BBQ with Hood II Hood, and we just had to stop and say, THANK YOU.

Thank you to Durant Park and the Lansing Parks and Recreation for opening your space and welcoming us with open arms. Thank you to every organization that showed up and shared resources. A special shoutout to Eastside Fish Fry for keeping everyone fed. And to our incredible volunteers and members — none of this happens without you.

This is what community looks like. Real people, real connections, real love. We are so grateful for every face we saw and every conversation we had.
