There is a side of spiritual work that doesn’t get talked about enough.
The unraveling.
The part where you start asking questions because you’re curious, because tarot is interesting, because astrology resonates, because you want to understand yourself a little better…
and suddenly you’re standing in the middle of your own life realizing you can’t unsee what you’ve seen.
That happened to me.
My very first tarot reading cracked something open, and from there, my life began changing quickly. Old doors opened. Things I had buried came forward. Relationships, patterns, wounds, identity, purpose — all of it started asking to be looked at.
And while I am deeply grateful for where that road has taken me, I wish we talked more honestly about this part.
Spirituality can be beautiful and fun and magical.
AND
It can also completely rearrange you. ⚡️
Sometimes growth doesn’t feel like expansion.
Sometimes it feels like losing your footing.
Sometimes you don’t know who you are anymore because the person you were doesn’t quite fit, but the person you’re becoming hasn’t fully arrived yet.
If you are there right now, I know that place.
That path eventually led me deeper into my own work and into training in shamanic practice, energy medicine, sound work, and transpersonal coaching. Now, part of what I do is sit with people who find themselves in these very places.
If you feel lost, cracked open, stuck in the thick of your personal work, or like something inside of you is trying to speak and you just can’t quite hear it clearly, this is the kind of work I hold space for.
My shamanic sessions are not about me telling you what your life should be.
I listen.
I listen to you, to what your soul is showing, and to what comes through from Spirit. I ask questions. We follow what is underneath the surface. We look at what may need to be witnessed, retrieved, released, understood, or brought back into relationship with you.
You do not need to have it figured out before you come.
Sometimes you come because you don’t.
So if you’re in the middle of the unraveling and you need someone who understands that spiritual growth isn’t always love, light and pretty synchronicities…
