Beltane is a celebration of life returning in full bloom.

It is the warmth of the sun on our skin, flowers opening, gardens waking, and the earth reminding us that we belong to her.

This season invites us to return to the earth with gratitude.
To place our hands in the soil.
To honor what is growing.
To celebrate beauty, creativity, fertility, fire, pleasure, and life force.

Beltane reminds us that nature is not outside of us.
We are part of it.

As the world around us becomes lush and alive, we are invited to notice what is blooming within us, too.

I’ve been working on the way I show up for myself.

For a long time, conflict, opinions, and my big emotions ruled me.

Justice was always my driving point.
How do I deserve to be treated?
How do I deserve to be held or seen?

But I’m beginning to see how those thoughts can sometimes be projections of my own self-worth. Constantly looking to others to show me how I should be treated… when maybe it’s actually my own inner self asking for care.

Today I was sitting with some heavy emotions. Big feelings.

Normally this is where the drama triangle can sneak in — becoming the victim, trying to rescue others so I can forget my own feelings, or trying to force people to understand me so things feel different.

But today I noticed something.

Every time I do that, my power slips away.
Why am I giving my power to other people to create an outcome for me?

So instead, I sat down.
I turned down the noise.
And I gave myself a sound bath.

I allowed myself to breathe.
To cry.
To just feel without judgment.

And in that space, something shifted.

I gave my power back to myself.

We had such a beautiful time meeting so many incredible souls and supporting the Lansing wellness community this weekend. Truly, what a gift. ✨

We’ll be spinning soon to announce the winner of the free 60-minute Sound & Energy Clearing — stay tuned!

We loved offering mini sound clearings and connecting with each of you. Your openness, your curiosity, your presence… it means everything.

Over the next few months, we’ll be slowing down our public events slightly as we complete construction on our space. Big things are unfolding — including a new commercial kitchen and an additional bathroom — all to create even more immersive, unique experiences for this community.

We are so proud to be stepping into this space and to be of service here in Lansing.

Slow down. Double check anything you’re signing, sending, or launching into the world.
And most importantly… give yourself grace.
If things don’t go exactly how you planned, it doesn’t mean you’re off path, think of this as refinement.
Each and every one of us is walking a completely unique journey — no two look the same.

Recommended:
Take the pause.
Bring compassion where it’s most needed.
And let’s move through this energy without taking ourselves (or each other) so seriously.

Breathe. Adjust. Laugh when you can.
