At the AGC Michigan's NLF's Negotiation Skills seminar, participants learned communication styles, key tactics, and what not-to-do at the negotiating table. Then they put it all to the test by playing the role of either a GC or sub to negotiate a real-world scenario. Real pressure. Real conversations. Skills that can be used immediately.
