We were honored to sponsor the MCN Angels 2026 Spring Event last Thursday at REO Town Clubhouse. Nearly six years ago, Marcus Leslie started baking cheesecakes in a 400-square-foot incubator kitchen. He showed up, put in the work, and built something worth believing in.

That perseverance now has a home — and it's open for business.

Mr. Leslie's Cheesecakes has officially opened its first facility in Holt — a $170,000 investment in the region, 5 new jobs, and the capacity to double their footprint in Meijer stores.
