Wilderness Survival Merit Badge weekend, Oct 21st-23rd, the boys had a great time, despite being shown up by a 5 year old girl that stayed one night. Looks like hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil.The boys built an amazing shelter. Skills were learned, fun was had.

Camp John Smith will be holding our annual raffle to cover yearly operating expenses. Tickets are $10/each and have a list of all prizes being raffled. Although Fish Days is cancelled the drawing will still be held August 9th at Noon at the Lansing VFW.

Iris is out with the scouts collecting donations for the food shelf, if you’re at the Holliday train and have a donation we have a drop off in the fire station parking lot and scouts out in the crowd with reflective vests to drop off to
