At the Lost Province Center for the Cultural Arts, our mission is to bridge the urban rural divide, revitalize our community and promote the cultural arts and skills of the southern Appalachian region. The preservation of a historic property will provide a spacious venue for classes, special events, sustainable multi‐use housing, a signature farm-to‐table restaurant and a showcase gallery.

The Lost Province Center for the Cultural Arts (LPCCA) team came together around a shared passion for Southern Appalachian traditions, culture, and the arts. Now, we're working tirelessly to realize our dream: a hustling, bustling arts and cultural showcase and event venue in Lansing, North Carolina located in the historic Lansing School.
Lost Province Arts will renovate the old school building to create a learning center to promote the Appalachian arts, crafts and skills. This project will revitalize both the arts and crafts of Southern Appalachia and the beautiful rural area of Lansing, NC where it resides.
LPCCA will employ both skilled artisan trainers and attract students to the area while injecting vitality into the local economy with a demand for accommodation, food, activities and services.
Lost Province Arts will offer courses in three main areas: Arts and Crafts, Culinary Arts, and Music. To learn more about the project, visit our website at www.lostprovincearts.org
