Michigan Healthcare Volunteer Resource Professionals (MHVRP) MHVRP is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to advance and develop effective volunteer services administration in healthcare organizations.

Goals:
Providing a means of intercommunication among directors of volunteer services in Michigan
Expanding the role of volunteers and volunteer service programs in healthcare institutions
Developing training opportunities for directors of volunteer services in the healthcare field
Increasing the knowledge and improving the skills of the individual members
Providing consultation and guidance on mat

ters related to volunteer services administration
Establishing and maintaining professional standards and ethics
Cooperating with appropriate organizations in activities relating to volunteer services administration that will be beneficial to the Corporation
