Deaf reaching Deaf for Christ There are an estimated 70 million Deaf people worldwide, and less than 2% of them know Christ.

DOOR International’s mission is to bring God’s Word and reproducing Christian fellowships to the Deaf of the world. Our calling is two-fold: translation and training.

--We help Deaf communities translate the Bible (and other resources) into their sign languages.
--We train and equip Deaf leaders in evangelism, discipleship, and church planting to reach their communities for Christ.

Deaf people are not unreachable—the gospel is often inaccessible to them. 🤟🌎

Limited access to sign language Scripture, Deaf-led churches, and discipleship leaves many without the opportunity to fully encounter God’s Word.

Every person deserves to know the gospel in their own language. ❤️

For Deaf communities, Scripture in sign language means more than access—it means being able to understand God’s truth, grow in faith, and encounter His Word in the language they know best.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to see and understand the gospel.

Through sign language Scripture, God’s Word is becoming visible and accessible to Deaf people around the world.

Pray with us for the day when every Deaf person has access to Scripture in their own sign language.

Being Deaf does not mean less. It's not a tragedy. It's not something to "fix."

Deaf people are not defined by what they cannot hear. They are people created in the image of God—with purpose, gifts, identity, and a story worth celebrating.

And every Deaf person deserves the opportunity to know God’s Word in their own heart language: sign language.

You are seen. You are valued. You belong. You have a purpose.

God’s love can reach anyone. ❤️

After years of searching and difficult experiences, Kiaan encountered the love of Jesus in a new way. Through prayer and fellowship, his heart was encouraged, and he now desires to attend church and learn more from God’s Word.

Please pray for Kiaan as he continues to seek Jesus and grow in faith. 🙏

May God lead, strengthen, and transform his life!

Most Deaf communities around the world are still waiting to receive God's Word in their own sign language.

76% of sign languages do not have one verse translated. Without God's Word in their heart language, countless Deaf people are missing the opportunity to encounter Scripture in a way that is fully accessible.
