Sunday Celebration Service Sundays are hybrid and feature music, meditation and a message. Unity: A Positive Path for Spiritual Living. As members of Unity Worldwide Ministries, we share the vision of "A world powerfully transformed through the shared spiritual awakening of all humanity." In the Lansing area our mission is "To advance the Unity movement that calls us to spiritually awaken to our oneness with God, each other and all creation." We believe that the divine answer to the needs and prayers of humanity will come through spiritually awakened people who join together to create the world our hearts know is possible. We invite you to join us and find a role in bringing about that transformation for yourself and for our world.

Our Prayers for Bend Oregon following yesterday's shooting, courtesy of Silent Unity.

We pause in prayer, gently enfolding the community of Bend, Oregon, in the tender embrace of divine love.

Our hearts join with families, children, educators, and all whose lives have been touched by this tragedy. We bless the first responders, caregivers, and community leaders with strength, wisdom, compassion, and the quiet assurance that they are not alone.

For every heart that is hurting, every family awaiting answers, and every soul seeking comfort, we affirm the gentle presence of peace, the healing power of love, and the grace that sustains us through even the most difficult moments.

May this community feel the love of countless hearts holding them in prayer, today and in the days ahead.

The Daily Word has encouraged people for over 100 years. Rosemary Fillmore Rhea was inspired to create a five-minute TV program in the 1950s and 1960s where she read the Daily Word and led a brief meditation. Many of those programs still exist in the archives and we are in the process of digitizing them. Rosemary was inspired again in the late 1960s to create “a capsule of positive thinking—it is good news that comes as a pleasant surprise in contrast to the somewhat depressing news of the day.” More than 90 of these public service announcements, each inspired by a single uplifting word, are now available in Unity’s Digital Archive, with more being added next year. Watching those videos may inspire you to find ways to introduce Daily Word to others.
