Please don't vandalize GSA property, we have worked hard to get where we are the last think this club needs are people ripping flyers off walls, this club and its people are working hard to provide this safe space and provide much needed education. I know somebody did it cause they need to be educated on what we are here for. We are providing free education for the following: mental health awareness, gender identity and sexual orientation, along with pronoun training, the people of this club dont deserve this disrespect. We have scanned the Footage and know who it was, we will not press charges for vandalism and a hate crime but if the GSA property is vandalized we will take legal action

This club Was founded in November 2023 by Leilani, Aryn, Lucas/Luna, Xylo, Meadow, and Roux as our official committee however, We came together before that as a friend group that slowly grew. This continued until Leilani (president) brought up the club idea with Aryn (Vice-President) we pitched the idea to the group. We eventually started a regular meeting schedule even though we still met all week in our little hallway. we struggled to find an advisor but we found Mr Baird who was willing to help make this safe space, this would not have been possible without him, we wouldn't even have a safe space for us to meet privately. We wanna say thank you to our committee and our students who have helped found the Gender-Sexuality Alliance this club and its people are the future of South-Whidbey-High
