The John Jay Fellows had the distinct privilege of hosting the former Governor and First Lady of the State of Maryland, Bob and Kendel Ehrlich, for this week’s Thursday Dinner.

Ella and Parker were the designated chefs for the night. They served a California surf and turf: bacon wrapped scallops with pineapple quinoa for the appetizer, roasted red pepper and sundried tomatoes stuffed round steak with a California summer salad for the main course, and orange olive oil cake for dessert.

At John Jay, we believe true leadership necessitates hospitality, and these fellows are leading the way.
