Langhorne Rotary enjoyed a meeting filled with learning and celebration! Fellow Rotarian Jordan Bigler from Adams County Winery near Gettysburg shared his w**e knowledge—and some w**e too — with those in attendance.

We also proudly recognized Neshaminy School District's High School Student of the Month Jake Lohr. With an impressive 4.59 weighted GPA, Jake is involved in Mini-THON and the Science Club and plans to study biochemistry, with his college choice still undecided. Congratulations, Jake, and thank you, Jordan, for joining us!

Today, Langhorne Rotary gathered to honor the lives of two cherished members, Linda Salley and Bill Kaufmann.

Both touched countless lives through their service, friendship, and care for others. They meant so much to our club and our community, and their impact reached far beyond our weekly meetings.

As we shared memories today, we were reminded that the difference we make in others’ lives stays with them. Linda and Bill leave us with much to be grateful for—and much to carry forward.

We miss them dearly and hold their families, friends, and fellow Rotarians in our hearts. Thank you, Linda and Bill, for the lives you touched and the example you set.

Everyone deserves to feel welcome in our community! 💙💛

The Langhorne Rotary Club was proud to provide the funding for a modular ramp at the Langhorne Community Memorial Association- Richardson House. The new ramp provides an accessible entrance so more people can enjoy this community space.

We recently presented a check to Larry Langhan, President of the Langhorne Community Memorial Association. Thank you to Larry and the Association for their dedication to the Richardson House. We’re grateful to have played a part in making it more welcoming to everyone! Thank you to everyone who joined the Dine & Donate at J.B. Dawson’s—Support Our Literacy Project! last night! It was wonderful to see our community come together over a meal in support of our Family Services library project.

Your support will help us create a more welcoming space for families staying at the shelter. We’re grateful to everyone who came out and to J.B. Dawson's Restaurant & Bar in Langhorne for hosting us! 💙💛

Rotary is all about connecting with our community—and on Thursday, we got to hear from someone who makes those connections his business!

We were thrilled to welcome Anthony Paul Pinto, host of the Bucks County Living Podcast, as our guest speaker! Anthony shared stories about the people, businesses, and community happenings that make Bucks County such a great place to live, work, and serve.

It was a perfect fit for Rotary because “Service Above Self” starts with knowing—and supporting—the people in our own backyard.

Thank you, Anthony, for joining us, sharing your passion, and helping shine a spotlight on the amazing people and businesses in our community! 👏

And now, fellow Rotarians and friends… it’s your turn! 👀🎧
👉 Go check out the Bucks County Living Podcast (https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLunleZaq951nwPSXaiyUY-hzqA3Cul12k&si=l_Kl6rJyI1LMc8rm), give it a listen, hit that follow button, and discover some local people and places you may not know about yet!

Who knows—you might find your next favorite restaurant, local business, community event… or even your next Rotary connection!

Connect. Serve. Support Local. Repeat.

WE’RE RECOVERING… BUT WE HAD TO SAY THANK YOU!

We may be moving a little slower today, but after yesterday’s Langhorne Rotary Pet Fair & Family Fun Day, there is one thing we absolutely had to do…

Say a HUGE THANK YOU!

To our SPONSORS — your generosity helped make this entire day possible. We truly could not have done it without you.

To our VENDORS — thank you for bringing your businesses, organizations, creativity, energy and enthusiasm to the Fair. You were a huge part of what made the day so much fun!

To our ROTARIANS, VOLUNTEERS, FRIENDS, FAMILY MEMBERS and EVERYONE WHO PITCHED IN — THANK YOU! From planning and setting up to working throughout the day, answering questions, moving things, helping guests, cleaning up and doing the hundred little things nobody ever sees… we appreciate every single one of you.

And to our COMMUNITY…

WOW. THANK YOU!

You showed up! You brought your families. You brought your pets. You shopped, visited, laughed, explored and helped turn months of planning into one AMAZING day.

And now we want to see the Pet Fair through YOUR eyes!

DROP YOUR PHOTOS IN THE COMMENTS!
Did you get a great picture of your pet? or maybe a picture of the farm animals or exotic animals? Meet someone new?vFind something awesome from a vendor?
Capture a funny moment? Take a family photo?
Get a picture we absolutely NEED to see? 😂

POST IT BELOW! And if you posted photos or videos on your own page, tag so we can see and share the fun!

We’d love to fill this post with memories from the day — especially the furry, feathered, scaly and downright adorable ones.

From everyone at Langhorne Rotary, thank you to our sponsors, vendors, volunteers and this incredible community for making the Pet Fair such a special day.

Now… back to recuperating. 😴😂
