We’re proud to support the Minnesota Driftless Hiking Trail’s second annual Trail Days event — a celebration of progress, partnership, and the growing vision for a long-distance hiking trail through Minnesota’s Driftless Region.

Supporting the Minnesota Driftless Hiking Trail reflects our shared commitment to conservation, collaboration, and expanding access to meaningful outdoor experiences in southeastern Minnesota.

That’s a wrap on the 2026 Dinner on the Bluff Speaker Series! ✨

We were honored to close out the season with Dr. Joshua Feinberg of the University of Minnesota for an engaging talk on Earth’s changing magnetic field—sparking curiosity and great conversation all evening.

From meaningful dialogue to an incredible meal by , this night was a true reflection of what makes this series special.

What happens after a deer harvest? 👀
At Eagle Bluff, we got to see the answer—up close!

This fall, we partnered with the University of Minnesota Extension’s Offal Wildlife Watching Project to study how wildlife uses deer gut piles (offal) left behind by hunters.

What we captured? An entire ecosystem at work:
🦅 Bald Eagles (adults + juveniles!)
🐺 Coyote
🦝 Opossum
🦌 White-tailed Deer
🐦 Hairy & Downy Woodpeckers
…and crows, squirrels, mice, and more!

One moment → supporting a whole web of life.

This research helps scientists better understand wildlife behavior, food webs, and nutrient cycling across Minnesota—and we’re proud to be part of it.
