Hello, if you are local to Clinton- and are able to assist on Thursday May 21st at 6:30pm
We are placing flags on veterans graves at Woodlawn Cemetery for Memorial weekend.
- now a note- this is a volunteer activity-
now we do miss veterans, this is not intentional- we are working on a way to map every grave, this is an ongoing process.
Because we do this by human hand, veterans, scouts, citizens of the community, all walking rows, we can accidentally miss a veteran, even if they were marked.
Our cemetery’s are not even rows and columns, our stones are not marked the same. Some are marked on front, back or foot plates. Some with the small markers, some not at all, but someone knows
There are flags left at the entrance for the graves that don’t have one, please add to this.

Our first Bike Rodeo in the books and man - what a turn out!

Our scouts and other kids in our community got to learn about bike safety, bicycle rules of the road, hand signals, and first aid. They also got to get a bicycle tune-up if needed and got to complete obstacle courses showing off their bike riding skills.

We are so thankful again to all of our amazing community partners! Thanks to them we were able to provide over 20 helmets, elbow pads, and knee pads to children in our community that did not already have them!

Bike safety is so important to us here at C&P, so we were thrilled to have the opportunity to make shirts for Cub Scout Pack 4142's Bike Rodeo. The event is free for ages 3-14, so make sure to check it out Saturday, May 9th on Mr. Lincoln's Square from 4-6 PM.
