Landis Chapter 111, along with Representative Meagan Young, Gail Safrit, and Gail’s son, C**t, had the privilege of visiting the residents at The Landings of Cabarrus Memory Care and Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis to deliver care packages filled with love and encouragement.
This visit was especially meaningful for Meagan, as both of these facilities cared for her mother before she passed. Returning to these places to give back and love on families walking a difficult season made the experience even more heartfelt.
Being the hands and feet of Jesus to families who need it most is what this season is truly about. Our hearts are full of gratitude for the caregivers, residents, and families who welcomed us so warmly.
