We’re so excited to host a BBQ Pop-Up with Brooks Allman on Saturday, May 9th from 6 - 7:30 PM. 🧺 🍖
Brooks grew up in Houston, Texas, where he developed a taste for authentic Texas barbecue! After living in Wyoming for a few years, he missed good brisket so much that he bought a smoker and started “Smoking Goat BBQ” in order to share smoked brisket and homestyle cooking with his friends and community! Brooks is excited to work with Meadowlark and bring good brisket to Lander and show y’all what Southern barbecue is all about!
Dinner for the night will be buffet style and a plate will include barbecue brisket or pulled pork, homemade barbecue sauce, pickles and onions, jalapeño cheddar, white bread, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and pecan bars. $35/plate, and spots are limited to 30 people.
