We are incredibly grateful to the Mountain Power Foundation for their generous donation! This contribution will enable us to put beavers, a keystone species, back on the landscape while mitigating their impact to existing trees and infrastructure.
Our program will install four different types of beaver conflict mitigation structures:
• Tree protectors
• Culvert protectors
• Pond levelers
• Beaver Dam Analogs (BDAs)
Coexistence strategies that mitigate the nuisance effects of not only allow beavers to provide their ecosystem benefits in more places but are more efficient in the long-term. Find more information @ beaverinstitute.org/

ALERT: Portions of the following trails in the vicinity of the Warming Hut in Sinks Canyon will be CLOSED to the public this Friday, September 18th, from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. for events of the One Shot Antelope Hunt Past Shooters Silver Cup Match: Sage Draw, Sinks Canyon, Moose Gulch, and Aspen Grade. There will be barriers to alert the public of the closures, and One Shot hunters will be sighting in their ri**es during this time.

The gun has been professionally tuned and maintained by a gunsmith. The gun shoots extremely well and has “one shot” multiple antelope at the hunt as well as winning the Silver Cup competition. High quality scope was added for maximum accuracy at long distances with a zero in range of 200 yards. The gun comes with a Cabela gun case that was won at a Foo Foo Rah competition.

According to Boyd, you could safely say that this gun as one of the most successful ri**es of the One Shot in the past 30-35 years!
