💔 PLEASE HELP RAY RAY! 💔

Poor Ray Ray has had such a rough start to life. 😿 From the moment he was rescued, he was fighting for his life with a horrible eye infection and a ruptured eye. Sadly, he had to undergo surgery to remove both eyes.

After his surgery on Friday, we thought he was finally on the road to recovery. But on Sunday, Ray Ray took another frightening turn and had to be rushed to the emergency vet, where he was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia. 💔

This poor boy has been through so much, and we are doing everything we can to help him fight through this.

🙏 Please help us pay off Ray Ray’s growing vet bill. Every dollar donated makes a difference and helps us continue rescuing other cats who desperately need our help.

We never want to have to turn away another cat in need because of the cost of medical care. But we cannot do this alone. ❤️

🐾 Please donate if you can, share Ray Ray’s story, and help us give this sweet boy the chance at a happy, pain-free life he deserves.

Every donation, no matter how small, helps! Thank you for being part of our rescue family and helping us save lives. ❤️🐾

🐈 Event Announcement 🐈

Join us at Brighter Days Brewing Co. on Sunday, November 15th from 11-2 pm for another used book sale to benefit Cat Haven Rescue Inc!

All proceeds will be donated directly to the shelter. Weather permitting, they will have kittens on-site for adoption, and will be available for you to ask questions about adopting their senior cats, as well.

A few helpful reminders:
- Payment methods accepted are cash, card, Zelle, and Cash App. Cash is easiest; all other payment methods will be made directly to the shelter when checking out. 100% of sales go to the shelter.

- Please bring your reusable bags if you got ‘em! We will also have some donated paper & plastic bags available as supplies last when checking out.

- We’re good on donations—thank you!—and aren’t accepting any more at this time. You can hold onto them until our next event, or we recommend donating to the public library.

- The event will be held outside in the brewery’s garage area from 11-2 PM; feel free to cool off with a drink inside before/after you shop, and support the venue for hosting us!

- All hardcovers will be $5 and all paperbacks $3. ALL books after 1 PM will be $1.

- The rescue will be bringing KITTENS so long as the weather cooperates! If you’re interested in volunteering, fostering, or adopting, please don’t hesitate to get more info from the shelter staff on-site. They always need more volunteers!

- TELL YOUR FRIENDS & NEIGHBORS TO COME SHOP! Last time, we raised over $2,000 for the shelter—we’d love to raise even more for them this time!

Come have a b**r, shop, and support this amazing organization! 🍻📚🐈‍⬛

These babies graduated from the guinea pig cage to a large dog cage but the little black/white girl keeps escaping. She got out of the cage 3 times today. We added a few playpens to our wishlist if anyone would like to buy them one so they dont have to go back to the smaller cage.

Thank you all that have purchased food for them, they are eating well.

🚨💔 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED! MOMMA GAVE BIRTH IN THE STREET TODAY! 💔🚨

Someone abandoned this poor pregnant momma, leaving her to fend for herself. Today, she gave birth right out in the street! 😭💔
Thankfully, a kind neighbor took her and her newborn babies in, but she lives in a small apartment with two cats of her own and cannot keep them.

🙏 WE NEED SOMEONE TO OPEN THEIR HOME AND HEART TO THIS LITTLE FAMILY! 🙏

🐾 Momma needs a safe, quiet room of her own to nurse and raise her babies, completely separated from other animals.

❤️ PLEASE UNDERSTAND: THIS IS A 10–12 WEEK COMMITMENT. Momma and her babies need time to grow, thrive, and become ready for their next chapter.

We know it's a big commitment, but imagine being abandoned while pregnant and having to give birth in the street. 💔 This momma and her babies deserve so much better.

🏡 Do you have a spare bedroom or a quiet space where you could help save this little family?
PLEASE SHARE! The right foster may be just one share away. We cannot do this without our community! 🙏🐱❤️

Please share this far and wide! One loving foster home could make all the difference in the world for this momma and her newborn babies. 💕
