As we approach Relay for Life, we invite you to help create a respectful tribute for our cancer warriors during the Luminaria Ceremony. Please use the form below to submit a photo that honors the quiet strength and perseverance of those affected by cancer. Your contribution will be a part of a reflective display that serves as a moment of remembrance and hope, shown during the luminaria ceremony.

Please submit a photo of any loved ones who are battling cancer or who have lost their battle. These photos will be used at the Luminaria ceremony to celebrate their lives. Please submit this form before Wednesday, March 26th.
