We are so excited and proud to celebrate a milestone that has been years in the making—our very first family trip!

This sweet little girl bravely faced retinoblastoma and is now CANCER FREE! 🎗️ To celebrate this incredible milestone, The Murray Family Foundation had the honor of sending her and her parents on a special trip to San Diego! ☀️🌊

They spent their time making memories, enjoying new adventures, and simply having fun together as a family. And hearing what her mom shared after their trip reminds us exactly why this foundation was created:

“I’ve never seen my daughter smile so much. She had a great time with all of her activities. She currently walks around the house with her suitcase thinking we live on vacation now. Thank you for this opportunity and giving her a memory she will have forever.” 💙

The Murray Family Foundation was created from a dream our founder, Todd Murray, shared just months before we lost him to cancer almost 5 years ago. Todd wanted to create something in the Murray family name that would bring joy to children and families impacted by cancer. His vision became our mission: to plan and fund vacations for families of children who have recently beaten cancer.

Seeing our very first family take this trip makes Todd’s vision feel more real than ever. What began as an idea from his heart has now become a lifelong memory for this beautiful little girl and her family.

To our very first Murray Family Foundation family: thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your story. We are honored to celebrate you and the journey your family has taken.

Todd, your dream has officially taken flight. Your legacy continues. 💙

Applications for vacations are officially OPEN!

We’re so excited to announce that The Murray Family Foundation is now accepting applications for our very first trip of a lifetime - all-expense-paid vacations for families of children who have survived cancer!

We’ll be selecting 2 families once we receive our first 10 applications. All nominations stay active and will be considered for 1 year.

Important reminder that we have rescheduled our fundraiser from this week to November 20th in order to give everyone time to recover in anyway from the hurricane. We hope everyone stayed safe during the storm and extend our heartfelt thoughts to anyone who was impacted by not only one, but two major hurricanes that hit our state in less than 2 weeks.
