Gwen's play, which we had the privilege of premiering in October at The Liberty Venue , is going to be part of EPAC's Q***r Voices Festival in June! 🤩

EPAC is holding open auditions for a workshop staged reading of Dead Inside, an original play by Gwen Tulin, as part of EPAC's Q***r Voices Festival the weekend of June 12-14, 2026.

Auditions will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at EPAC.

Casting is for the roles of Liza (30s-40s, cis female presenting or non-binary) and Kate (40-50s, cis female presenting). All other roles have been cast.

Sides will be provided in advance; please do NOT prepare a monologue or memorize the sides. All sides that actors prepare will be read in the room.

Please sign up for a 20-minute time slot by emailing project director, Lydia Brubaker, at [email protected]. Once your time slot is confirmed, we will email you a casting packet with detailed character breakdowns, sides, and more information about the project.

We specifically welcome actors of all sizes, identities, and ages to audition. Please also note that this project will not need to be memorized, but actors should be interested in a workshop process with the potential for changes to the text and other activities as the play finishes its developmental phase. We look forward to seeing you!
