I have a real regret about something I didn’t think to do when I started rescuing dachshunds in 1998. I should have kept a journal. 🙁. Every single dog I took in has a story. I should have written their name, their ages, and why they came into rescue and where and how they were adopted. AND IF I HAD I WOULD HAVE WRITTEN A BOOK. Really sorry I didn’t think of it back then, but who knew how long and how many dogs I would rescue.

🚨 This dog was SIGHTED TODAY in Lancaster, CA 93536 near hemlock ave and la sarra drive, 71st st.

💬 Finder's Message: "Dog was originally seen with a smaller puppy following him, we searched everywhere for the owner but eventually gave up. Later today the small puppy is gone, and this dog is constantly roaming. He is skittish but friendly and allows being pet if youre gentle."
