Pa Dutch Council - Scoutreach The PA Dutch ScoutReach program delivers a quality Scouting Program to inner city youth in both Lanca Help us to strengthen the future of Lancaster and Lebanon.

With the help of our sponsors, the Boy Scouts of America PA Dutch Council has been able to serve more youth in Lancaster and Lebanon every year. We strive to build character, enhance learning, and connect to young people in order to enhance their ability to make moral and ethical choices over the course of their lives.
