Our new summer session of GiGiFIT, a free purposeful fitness program, launches next week for all ages, babies birth through adults and it's a great time to join us! We meet weekly and have fun working out and work on our gross motor skills in a fun way!
GiGiFIT You and I: Caregivers & babies birth to pre-crawling
GiGiFIT Infant: 6 months through pre-walking
GiGiFIT Preschool: Walking through age 5
GiGIFIT Kids 6-9 & 10-12
GiGiIFIT Teen: 13-17
GiGiFIT Adult: 18+
GiGiMOVE Adult: Chair Fitness for those who are 40+ or could benefit from a smaller class size and workouts in a chair

We invite all moms to join us for Mom's Night Out tomorrow, Friday, June 5 at the Playhouse from 6-9pm. Take a break (no husbands or kids) and have some fun painting a beach-themed painting together, while snacking and connecting with other moms. This interactive session will cover:
· Supplemental Security Income (SSI) – General Eligibility Standards, Income and Resource limits, work-incentives, PA ABLE Savings Program.
· Transitioning into adulthood – how does attaining age 18 affect eligibility? How are assets and income of parents considered?
· Social Security Benefits (SSA) – Auxiliary Child, Surviving Child, Childhood Disability Benefits (CDB).
· Can a person get both SSI & SSA?

GiGiFIT You and I will be at a new day and time next week for the summer: Wednesdays from 10-11am, starting June 8 and we would love to have you check it out! This program is best for babies from birth through pre-crawling and their parents/caregivers. It's a time for parents/caregivers to work on their own fitness, while strengthening a bond with their baby and building relationships with other adults, while introducing movement concepts to baby.
