We're looking for Direct Support Caregivers and Residential Supervisors to join our team at Excentia Human Services. To become a DSP, you need a high school diploma and a valid driver's license held for two years. One year of relevant experience is preferred but not required. Congratulations, Laurie! 🎉

This morning, many providers gathered at the Lancaster County BHDS office to celebrate this year’s Disability Employment Recognition Event, hosted by the Lancaster Employment Coalition and The Arc Lancaster Lebanon PA🏆

This celebration is especially meaningful as part of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a time to recognize the contributions of workers with disabilities and celebrate the people who support individuals in achieving meaningful employment opportunities.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Laurie, who was selected as the 2026 Employment Specialist of the Year! 🎉

Laurie is a dedicated Employment Specialist who truly cares about the wellbeing and continued success of the job seekers we support. She consistently goes above and beyond, balancing a demanding caseload while providing encouragement, support, and advocacy to the individuals she serves.

Her dedication, compassion, and commitment have made such a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support. Laurie is so deserving of this recognition!

A wild day out with great friends! 🐾

Participants from our Adult Programs joined our friends from NSM Insurance at ZooAmerica today! From getting outside and enjoying the beautiful views to seeing some incredible animals, it was the best day we could ask for.
