Children with incarcerated parents come from all parts of Lancaster County. Ambassadors for Hope offers teddy bears, books, and emergency funds TO ALL through its partnership with the Family Services Advocate at Compass Mark. Your donation will reach every part of Lancaster County!

Books can help children with a parent in prison learn many things. They learn that they are not alone, that their parent still loves them and that, like the characters in the books they read, they have the ability to deal with difficult situations.

Children love teddy bears. Children with a parent in prison especially love receiving a teddy bear with a recorded message from the incarcerted parent. Your gift will put these bears in the arms of children with incarcerated parents.
