Congratulations to our little brothers representing Alchemy 8U!!

This team was formed in the fall with coaches and players new to flag football. Yes, I helped with some guidance but they are 100% responsible for this championship and team development. It is a blessing to have their trust and respect because it goes a long way.

Make no mistake about it…coaching matters!!

I’ve developed the two best female flag football players in Lancaster. Patience and extensive knowledge of the game has allowed me to deliver results in a short period of time. It is a parent’s responsibility to hold their child’s coach accountable, respectfully of course. They will only grow based on the environment the coach creates which is formed by the coach’s ability.

Hello everyone!

We are gearing up for our busy travel season scheduled this year. My program has grown since I formed the first girls team in summer 2023. Now we will include three age divisions with High School being the new addition. Athletes outside of Lancaster, Pa and school district are encouraged to join us this year. We pride ourselves on player development so we don’t turn players away who are new to the sport. Some practices will be in various locations to help connect with teammates outside our hometown so no one feels left out.

An unforgettable experience occurred this weekend as history was made for the expansion of flag football in Puerto Rico. The tryout for the first ever girl’s and women’s teams to represent Puerto Rico exceeded all expectations. Thank you to and the exclusive coaching staff for making this happen. From the drills to the knowledge shared and the communication methods used were valuable, true professionalism from start to finish. An opportunity is truly grateful for. Once again thank you 🇵🇷
